Duvel Pierre, President, was raised in Edgard, Louisiana and moved to lowa when he was 14 years old. He has been a State Farm Insurance and Financial Services professional for 30 years. Duvel received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of lowa. Duvel obtained his Certificate of Financial Planning from the Denver College of Financial Planning.

Duvel hold licenses in Mortgage, Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty, Securities 6 & 63. Duvel has a passion for mentoring, coaching and developing others to be successful.

One of Duvel major projects included raising over $150,000 to help improve Ironwood High School theater, gym, computer and media room.

When not working, Duvel enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy, children, grandkids, fishing, hiking, and friends.

Cathy Pierre, Senior Executive Assistant, was born and raised in Nacogdoches, Texas. She has been a Human Resources, commercial mortgage banking, and administrative professional for over 30 years. She is an active participant and leader in organizational and community activities and events.

Cathy has an MBA. And she is a Certified Notary Public Signing Agent. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time hiking, running, cooking, singing and dancing with her husband, kids, grandkids, family and friends.

Jeff Tipton, Executive Director, is the Designated Broker and Owner at Tipton Realty.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jeff is the oldest in a family of 5 children.

Jeff learned responsibility at a young after his father, an Air Force Captain from Luke Air Force Base, perished in a plane crash in Germany in 1963. Jeff's mother Bette, with the help of an amazing family and community of friends, raised her children as a single mom. He attended St. Mary's High School, as did 57 more of his relatives.

Jeff attended the University of San Diego, where he played varsity baseball, then played 4 years of minor league baseball for the Oakland A's and Baltimore Orioles. After baseball, Jeff spent 20 years in Sales with Kraft Foods.

Anyone who knows Jeff will say he is a people person and he will tell you that finding his Real Estate career changed his life. Real Estate was a natural fit as it allows him to engage with people every day while helping them buy or sell homes.

Jeff is strongly committed to education, has a passion for people, and has a dedicated desire to help.
